Please be aware that all letters are case-sensitive. Your text will be stitched exactly as entered, so double-check your capitalization and punctuation for accuracy.

Sweatshirts/Hoodies: Crafted from a cozy blend of 50% Polyester and 50% Cotton, our sweatshirts and hoodies combine comfort with style. They are easy to care for—just machine wash cold inside out and lay flat to dry.
Width: Can range from 4" - 10" depending on amount of letters added.
Note: More words will result in smaller embroidery.
- Our products come in Adult Unisex sizes. Please refer to our size chart for the perfect fit.
- Our sweatshirts and hoodies share identical measurements for length, width, and sleeve size.
- For a looser, oversize fit, we recommend going up two sizes from your regular size.
- Machine Wash: Turn the garment inside out and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality.
- Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the embroidery and color.
- Drying: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. If using a dryer, remove promptly to prevent excessive wrinkling.
- Ironing: If necessary, iron on a low setting. Always iron on the reverse side of the garment to protect the embroidery.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain fabric integrity and prevent fading.
- Since Comfy Stitches is a made-to-order shop, all custom items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

A template will be sent via email 2-3 days after purchase.
- You are allowed 2 revisions maximum.
- Only small revisions are permitted; you cannot revise the entire image.
- Making revisions may delay turnaround time depending on the changes.
- If you do not respond within 24 hours from when the template was emailed to you, we will choose the best options for you.
