If I have my own garment, will you able to stitch on it?Yes, I can work with your own garments for embroidery, but there are a few important details to consider. It depends on the design and the type of garment you provide. Before starting production, I will conduct a pre-inspection to identify any potential issues, such as fabric compatibility or stitching concerns. This is to ensure that your garment is suitable for the process and will yield the best results. While it’s rare, there is a very slight chance of damage during production. If any damage does occur, you can provide replacement garments of your choice, and I’ll be happy to continue with the screen printing or embroidery using the new items. You will also be responsible for delivering your garments to me, whether through shipping or another method that works for you. Please message us if interested or for any other questions.

Can I return or exchange custom items?All sales are final for custom items, as they are made specifically for you with print or embroidery on demand. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before placing it.

Can I see a template of my custom design before ordering?We can provide a template of your custom design upon request, but only after the order has been placed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to send mock-ups before an order is confirmed.

What is the estimated delivery time for custom orders?The estimated delivery time for custom orders depends on the complexity of the design, the type of product, and your location. Typically, production takes around 7-14 days after the order is placed. Once your order is completed, shipping times will vary based on the delivery method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days. For more specific timelines or if you have a deadline, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
